To request a search, simply complete the order form below making selections against the types of searches and enquiries required. Most land and property require just the standard personal search but if you are in any doubt as to which options apply to your transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us or if you are a home buyer, consult your solicitor or conveyancer.

Once you have made your selection, please complete your details at the bottom of this page and submit the form. We will contact you to confirm your details and the fee for our service BEFORE we commence any work on you behalf.

(i) Please add £27.00 to all local searches conducted at London Borough Councils & £15.00 to all local searches conducted within our Midlands territories. Please note that fees for large commercial sites will be assessed individually.

(ii) Additional planning detail includes all private surrounding applications within 50m of the property boundaries and major / all development applications up to 250m (subject to Local Authority). A Landmark Plan Search will be provided at an additional cost of £9.68 where the Local Authority does not provide the means for us to research this information ourselves.
